The enhanced COOLVAC e variants give you exceptional levels of versatility equaled only by their reliable performance. The L-shaped pump models offer additional flexibility with system installations.
COOLVAC 1500 – 2000 – 3000 eBL / eSL (vertical or horizontal)
Specifically developed for coating, Semiconductor adjacent and R&D market applications. This new generation of cryogenic pumps offers high reliability, low cost of ownership and small footprint. Depending on your needs you can easily operate the pump either vertically or horizontally without compromising its simple maintenance. No matter which orientation, their maintenance is simple.
Variants for UHV applications, and multiple operation of up to 4 pumps are available.
COOLVAC 5000 – 10000 eBL / eSL
Very popular, medium sized cryogenic vacuum pump variants, dedicated to coating applications as well as industrial processing. They not only excel by allowing substantial energy savings during operation but also deliver high cooling performance combined with easy handling and maintenance procedures.
COOLVAC 18000 – 30000 – 60000 eSL
These big cryogenic pump system variants are especially well suited for space (thruster testing), large coating and R&D applications, where customized systems are required. Standard features such as energy saving, customer adapted operation modes, easy handling are included.
